Product information

Overview

CD3/CD4 surface marker kit with Hoechst as a total nuclear dye and RubyDead for cell viability detection. Anti-human CD3 surface marker reagent is conjugated with KIRAVIA Blue 520™. Anti-human CD4 surface marker reagent is conjugated with PE. Each kit is composed of two surface marker reagents, two isotype controls, total dye, and a viability dye.

  • Kit will provide enough materials to perform approximately 25 tests.
  • Optimized for Cellaca PLX.
  • KIRAVIA Blue 520™ has an excitation maximum of 495 nm, and a maximum emission of 520 nm.
